Andrea Scagliarini S.p.A. (Scagliarini) with registered office in Via Calzolerie, 1 - 40125 - Bologna(BO) privacy@scagliarinibroker.it is the Data Controller of personal data collected and processed during the use of this website. Scagliarini will process personal data in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency as well as complyingwith legal obligations to which the Company is subject. Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Registration, access and management of the Customer Restricted Area

In detail, personal data and processing of the same is used for access to the site, navigation and to implement the request ofthe interested party. Navigation data

The computer systems and software, used to operate this website, during theirnormal operation automatically acquire some personal data. Request for Rectification of personal data: if data isinaccurate or incomplete. 

Request for Cancellation of personal data:
deletion of the databy the Data Controller without unjustified delay for reasons indicated in theart. 17 GDPR. 

Request for Limitation of data processing
: if one of the hypotheses referred to in art. 18 GDPR complies. 

Request for Data portability:
receipt of personal data in a structured format, for common and legible use. The Data Controller has the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller if given consent and is carried out by automatic means.

Request for Opposition to processing: to object to the processing of personal data concerning him at any time, for reasons connectedto his particular situation.

Withdrawal of consent: the interested party has the right, at any time and with the ease with which he has given it, to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data.

Registration, Access and Management of Reserved Area

The legal basis for this treatment is the fulfillment of the contract or, as the case may be , the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party(Article 6, paragraph 1 letter b), GDPR).
